Fall Service Project

2014: Project Thankfulness!

Inspired by House for All Sinners and Saints, in 2014, we inaugurated Project Thankfulness - a Thanksgiving Day outreach to those who are working or hungry on this holiday.  In 2014, we hand-made and hand-delivered over 150 lunches to those who were working and serving in the Boston area on Thanksgiving, as well as those who are simply hungry. Through this project we hope to simply show people that they are valued, strengthen the Boston community, and bring Old West Church closer together.

Everyone deserves some care during the holiday season!

2015: Thanks & Giving Food Drive

For 2015, we partnered with our neighbor, the West End Library for a canned food drive to benefit the ABCD Food Pantry. Our goal was to raise food and support for our underserved, marginalized and at risk neighbors!

He has told you, human one, what is good and
what the Lord requires from you: to do justice, embrace faithful love, and walk humbly with your God
